Our Full Class Schedule Is Now Published — Real Dates, Real Address

Every in-person session we run is now published with its actual date, time and the address of the range in Longview. No more “contact us for upcoming dates.”

If you have ever tried to plan around a training class, you know the problem. You find a school, you find the class, and then you hit a wall: “contact us for upcoming dates.”

We used to be that school. Not anymore.

The calendar is live

Every in-person session we run is now published on our website with its actual date, its actual start and finish time, and the actual address of the range. Open the calendar and you can see the next several weeks laid out in front of you.

Right now that includes:

  • License to Carry shooting qualifications — multiple dates every week, including early mornings, afternoons and Friday evenings
  • Level 3 Part 2 — the hands-on day for armed security, on the first Sunday of every month, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Armed Security Recertification Part 2 — the range day for officers renewing their commission
  • OC (Pepper Spray) Part 2 — the short practical that completes your OC certification

Dates are posted out a full year in advance for Level 3 Part 2. You can plan a career around that.

Where you will actually be standing

Our in-person training runs at the East Texas Rifle and Pistol Club, 1045 Farm to Market Road 2011, Longview, Texas. That address is on the calendar, on every event page, and in your confirmation. You will not be texting us the morning of your class asking where to go.

Why this matters more than it sounds

Most people who never finish their security licensing do not quit because the training was hard. They quit because the next step was vague. “Finish the online part and then we’ll figure out a range day” is how a licence application dies in a drawer for nine months.

Published dates kill that. You finish your online portion knowing exactly which day you are shooting, because you picked it before you started.

How to use the calendar

Two habits make this work better than it looks.

First, pick your in-person date before you start the online portion, not after. The online courses are self-paced, which sounds like freedom and often turns into drift. Booking the range day first gives the coursework a deadline, and students who do it this way finish.

Second, check the calendar before you ask us anything. Not because we mind the question, but because the answer is already there and you will get it faster. Dates, times, the venue, the price per session — all of it is on the page.

What is still being added

We are continuing to add dates for the remaining in-person classes, including Level 4 and the NRA courses. If the class you want does not yet show a date, that is a scheduling gap rather than a system problem, and it is worth asking — demand is how a date gets set.

Everything currently scheduled is visible right now on the calendar. Evening and weekend slots fill first, and the Level 3 Part 2 session caps at 15 students, so if you know you need a range day in the next couple of months, claim one.
