We do not sell, share, or give your information to any third party. We only use your information to enroll you in your course and to keep you informed as a customer — including renewal reminders, class scheduling updates, and occasional promotions for East Texas Security Training Academy. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time.

Personal Information

The information we collect from you, including your name and your driver’s license or State ID number, is required by the State of Texas because it must appear on your certificate of training. We also collect the last 4 digits of your Social Security number for the same reason. This information is used only to complete your certificate of training and is not shared for any other purpose.

Course Access

You will have 6 months of access to complete your online coursework and download your certificate of training. After 6 months, your account and course access will be automatically deactivated.

Refund Policy

We have a no-refund policy. Once you purchase a course, you have instant access to paid course material, so refunds are not offered after purchase — no exceptions.

Pass Guarantee

If you don’t pass on your first try, you can retake the exam as many times as you need, at no additional cost, until you pass.

Website Security

Our website is monitored by current security software and meets applicable PCI security requirements for handling payment information.

Payment Security

Payments made on our website are securely processed by Stripe, which uses industry-leading payment security and is also used by companies like Amazon, Google, Shopify, and Salesforce. We do not store your card information on our servers.
