Group Training for Security Companies

ETXSTA trains security officers in groups, either at your facility or at the range in Longview. One enrollment, one schedule, one invoice.

Two ways to run it

At your facility. An instructor travels to the company site. Availability depends on the state. The form below confirms which option applies.

At the Longview range. Available to any company in any state, with no travel charges.

How pricing works

Per officer at published course rates, plus one flat travel charge on site visits. No per-mile billing and no cost-plus.

  • Minimum group size: 5 officers
  • Travel, 300 miles or under from Longview: $1,400 flat
  • Travel, over 300 miles: $2,500 flat
  • Training at Longview: no travel charge
  • Over 10 officers: 10% off the training total. Travel and other expenses are not discounted

One invoice covers every officer in the group and is payable in advance.

If a class cannot be held

If a scheduled group class cannot be held because of an event outside the reasonable control of either party, the session is rescheduled to the next mutually available date at no additional training charge. This includes severe weather, acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, closure of the range or training facility, loss of power or water at the training site, government order or restriction, public health order, civil disturbance, war or act of terrorism, and failure of commercial transportation.

Travel and lodging costs already committed that cannot be recovered remain payable. This provision applies to group bookings only. It does not apply where a company or a student fails to appear, cancels for its own reasons, or is unable to attend for a reason within its own control.
